Mr. Khadilkar is an Advocate and registered Patent & Trademark Attorney in INDIA. In over 24+ years of appearance before Bombay High Court on the Original and Appellate side, Mr. Khadilkar has amassed vast experience in IP Litigation and strategic advisory in IP and Corporate Laws. Mr. Khadilkar is one of the most experienced Patent Attorney in India and has been registered with the Indian Patent Office as a Patent Agent since 2001.
Mr. Khadilkar has worked in specialized Intellectual Property Law firm where he has handled and managed large IP projects for multiple national and international clients. Mr. Khadilkar has acted as Advisor for many National and multi-national Companies in India. Mr. Khadilkar has been speaker at many conferences in India and abroad and he regularly speaks in conferences organized by Deloitte Haskins & Sells in collaboration with Canadian Embassy. Additionally, Mr. Khadilkar is regularly taking guest lectures at Symbiosis Law College and other Engineering Colleges in India.
Mr. Khadilkar appears regularly before various Indian Patent Offices and before IPAB (now High Courts) in hearing matters of Patents and Trade Marks. Presently, practicing IP litigation in Bombay High Court, other lower courts and High Court of Delhi.
