Biography
Sphurti Dalodria is a Patent/Tradmark Attorney and Head of Patents Department-Engineering at DuxLegis Attorneys.
She has amassed vast experience in IP strategic advisory, patent drafting, prosecution and litigation. She has handled and managed large IP projects for multiple national and international clients involving framing IP strategy and IP implementation framework, assisting clients to build their IP portfolio.
Specifically, in High Tech industry, she has handled a variety of issues including protection of software patents in India. Additionally, she is also involved in litigation matters before Bombay High Court related to Patents. She has advised on issues related to SEPs, technology standards and indemnification for Patent/IP-Infringement. She also has rich experience in technology deployment involving implementation of telecom and IT infrastructure, and software development.
She holds a Master’s degree in Cyber Law and Information Security, a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, and a Degree of Law. She is a Registered Patent Agent and registered to practice at the Bar Council of India.
