Adv. Shruti is an Advocate and Patent & Trademark Attorney in INDIA. In over 15+ years of experience, Adv. Shruti has amassed vast experience in IP strategic advisory, patent drafting, prosecution and litigation.
Adv. Shruti has handled and managed large IP projects for multiple national and international clients involving framing IP strategy and IP implementation framework, assisting clients to build their IP portfolio. Specifically, in High Tech industry, she has handled a variety of issues including protection of software patents in India. She has advised on issues related to SEPs, technology standards and indemnification for Patent/IP-Infringement.
Adv. Shurti also has rich experience in technology deployment involving implementation of telecom and IT infrastructure, and software development. Adv. Shruti appears regularly before various Indian Patent Offices and before IPAB (now High Courts) in hearing matters of Patents and Trade Marks. Presently, practicing IP litigation in Bombay High Court, other lower courts and High Court of Delhi.
